In 1985 two Madison natives created Pasqual s. The company was built on a foundation of using fresh ingredients, having a true passion for food, and a commitment to it s patrons and the community. In 1999 Benjamin Roberts, who grew up near Pasqual's and worked there during high school, bought the business and carried forward the same foundation. Pasqual s has always been a place of gathering for Madisonians and the surrounding communities. We have kept our time honored and loved recipes the same, while chef/owner Benjamin Roberts has added a few new things to add flavor and excitement to the mouth and soul. Our friends keep coming back and new friends are made, whether it s for Madison s favorite half price margaritas on Tuesday night or to fulfill a craving for red chile sauce.
